Dear CCPA member in good standing: You are invited to participate in our second Annual General Meeting where we seek to:

1. Present the CCPA"s Annual Report

2. Present the CCPA" Financial report

3. Approve the change of name and scope of the CCPA, giving the same rights and duties to all Hispanic professionals who apply and are approved as members. Current CCPA members are highly encouraged to pass these resolutions.

4. Due to recent developments and as an extraordinary item on the agenda, this AGM will also serve as to elect three (3) new directors to our Board of Directors for the remainder of the 2003-04 period.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

A Nomination committee has been selected to solicit and establish a slate of officers to be presented to the membership at the AGM.

The committee is conformed by officers Diego Gonzalez (diego.gonzalez@clarica.com and ph. 416 704 6013); and Angelica Gonzalez (agonzalez@agbcanada.com and ph. 402 3412). If you are interested in:

Ø Attending the AGM and voting, please confirm your attendance by replying to this email or sending an email at mail@ccpassociation.org Deadline for registration is Wednesday March 3, 2004 at 5:00 PM. A member may, by means of a written proxy, appoint a proxy-holder to attend and act at the AGM, in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy. A proxy-holder must be a member of the Corporation. To obtain a proxy, please contact any member of the Nomination Committee. For purposes of the AGM, the CCPA will only consider voting members in good standing approved and processed before February 25, 2004 and whose membership is valid at least until Feb. 25, 2005 -inclusive. A list of members that - to date - who meet these criteria is included below.

Ø Being nominated to the board, please submit your Statement of Purpose (75 words long) to the Nomination Committee and include the following information: Name, Profession, Address, Phone and Email. Applications submitted after Feb 25 or with incomplete information will not be accepted. No nominations can be made from the floor. Directors must be individuals 18 years of age, with power under law to contract. Based on the information submitted and adhering to our mission and vision, the committee will recommend a select number of candidates to be approved at the AGM.

Note: Due to current regulations, this invitation is open only for Colombian-born members whose membership is valid on or after MARCH 10, 2004. Spousal members do not have the right to vote and cannot attend.
